• Oxfordshire Cycle Survey 2019 This survey supports the production of the first “local cycling and walking infrastructure plans” (LCWIPs) for Oxford, Bicester and Didcot. LCWIPs will set out a cycle network for each town and will identify what improvements are needed to make the cycle network more attractive to existing and future cyclists.
