Oxford towpath flooded between Iffley lock & the ring road bridge & further downstream as far as I could see. I got through on bicycle with wet feet but I won’t be risking it again til the water goes down.

Noted by Damian Cugley .Anu Dudhia has a page describing the level of the river Thames or Isis which is useful for me because it includes the extent of flooding if any on my commute along the towpath.
Apparently it is time for Oxfordshire County Council to devise cycling and walking plans (LCWIPS) for Oxford, Bicester, and Didcot. Must not snark, since efforts in this direction are to be welcomed.
