Voxel Sphere Generator is useful if you are a MInecrafter who wants to make a spherical house and need a breakdown of the shape in to layers you can build. Has a few other similar shapes as well as spheres.

According to this list, Minecraft has been tried on Apple’s M1-based MacBook Air and runs at 100+ fps under Rosetta 2 which would be some upgrade compared to the 20+ fps I get on my 2014 Air. They’ve also tested Monument Valley which basically covers the gamut of my video-gaming needs.

The PACK.PNG project was an attempt to discover the world seed and location of a landscape fragment used as an icon in Minecraft from the cropped, downscaled screen grab from an obsolete version of the game. This video describes the collaboration of 3,500 people to define and search what was in effect the cryptographic keyspace whose plaintext was that particular hill.
