Site update: I’ve added favicons and apple-touch-icons on a per-series basis. Discovered in the process you need at least two icon images—one with opaque background for the Apple icon, and one with transparency for favicon and Android web clips—and each needs to be supplied in several sizes. For my first use of his I’m using my existing Twitter userpics. Looks strange at first to see a face amongst all the corporate site icons.
There is now an Atom feed for lists of notes (if you have software that consumes RSS feeds, it’s essentially the same thing). Depending on your feed reader software you may be able to autodiscover the feed from the list page’s URL, or you may need to add ‘atom/’ to the end to make it work.
Site update! Different series get different subdomains—so what was ooble.uk/pdc becomes pdc.ooble.uk. A subtle distinction given there is just the one series for now, but it opens the door to multiple series in future!
Site update! Ooble now shows a list of tags it is filtering by at the top of the list so you can remove them from the filter. Tag lists are paginated if they have more than 30-odd notes in them.
I have added barebones filtering by tag to Ooble: click on tags after posts to filter to those tags. No UI yet to stop filtering, so for now you have to edit the URL or hit the Back button.
Also you can edit the URL to change + to - to exclude a tag as in /pdc/tagged/-mechanicalkeyboard
